- In the middle of February, fascist prime minister of Turkish Republic, Erdogan, reproved a peasant who protested the PM because of state’s neo-liberal policies in front of the media. As an enemy of people, the PM showed his deal face. Because of this aggressiveness of the sovereign classes, militants of TKP/ML bombed the office of AKP (governing party) in Mersin (a city in southern Turkey) on 21st of February.

- On the 15th of February in 1999, the leader of PKK (Kurdistan Workers Party), Abdullah Ocalan was captured and imprisoned by the Fascist Turkish Republic. This was an international conspiracy that was organised by the CIA. Every year patriotic Kurdish people organise militant, massive demonstration to protest this international conspiracy. For the anniversary of this attack over the revolutionary-democratic movement of our country, TKP/ML bombed a fascist party (MHP-Nationalist Movement Party) in Mersin on the 21st of February

- On the 26th of February, TKP/ML bombed a police station in Adana (a city in southern Turkey). This police station is infamous with the tortures over the Kurdish people and progressive forces.

- On the 16th of February, TKP/ML bombed 2 offices of 2 Fascist Parties in Erzincan (a city in Turkey’s Kurdistan). These parties are collaborating with state forces in attacking over revolutionary-democratic forces.

NDY is an anti-Imperialist; anti-fascist, anti-feudal mass organization of the youth. Its aim is it to organize the youth and mobilize them to the struggle. NDY is on the side of the people’s democratic revolution. NDY wants and supports people’s democratic revolution.
NDY is working for mobilizing youth into a true political line to get their democratic- economic- academic demands. NDY is not against reforms but it knows that democratic demands will not be a solution to the masses in this system of exploitation. And NDY believes insistently that the problems of people’s youth can be solved by people’s democratic revolution. NDY works according to the principle of democratic centralism. NDY is organizing in the youth of workers, peasants and students in short amongst all the youth. NDY is a semi-legal organization because of our Country’s situation
NDY has been continuing its struggle for over 17 years.
