On 23rd of February 7 PKK guerrillas and on 25th of March 14 PKK guerrillas were killed by fascist Turkish Army with using chemical bombs. These attacks were protested with massive, militant demonstrations.
Fascist Turkish state organises military operations against the guerrilla forces in Kurdistan with the participation of ten thousands of soldiers, jets, helicopters. But all of these operations can not stop the national and social liberation movement in our country. Guerrilla forces of PKK- HPG (Kurdistan Workers Party- People’s Defence Forces), TKP/ML TIKKO (Communist Party of Turkey/ Marxist Leninist - Liberation Army of Worker-Peasant of Turkey) and MKP-HKO (Maoist Communist Party- People’s Liberation Army) continue the guerrilla war in the mountains of Turkey’s Kurdistan. During the these operations, Turkish military forces use chemical bombs to kill the guerrillas. On 23rd of February, 7 PKK guerrillas in Mardin were killed with the chemical bombs. Clashes continued 24 hours. And on 25th of March, 14 PKK guerrillas in Mus were killed by the chemical bombs.
To protest these military operations, to commemorate the martyrs and to support the guerrilla war, thousands of people joined the militant, massive protests in Turkey’s Kurdistan. There were clashes between people and the police. About 40 people were imprisoned after these demonstrations.
